The charcoal gray jacket has an attached white buttoned shirt spattered with realistic-looking blood. The interior fold of the jacket is also ragged with blood stains. The left side of the shirt has an extra rubber piece attached to simulate a bloody gash. The tie comes in two separate pieces. One goes around the neck with an elastic strap, and the other ties onto that and hangs down normally.
