You don't have to be royalty to wear this women's Princess of Monaco costume! The beautiful black crushed velvet dress has an insert of burgundy through the center of the gown. The top is lined with an elegant silver trim for a delicate touch. The puffy sleeves are made of the same velvet with white shoulders and cuffs.
