This toddler Tin Girl costume is perfect for Halloween or a stage production! It comes complete with an oil can headband with a red heart. Hearts are also featured on the silver dress' skirt. Red also lines the sleeves and collar and a red bow is attached at the top. A printed heart clock is featured on the left side of the dress.
