Flashback to the 80s this Halloween in our kid toddler Smurf costume. Get smurfing in the costume’s fleece romper that is made from polyester and Velcros in the back for closure. The top portion is light blue while the pants are white and Velcro on the inside of the legs for easy on and off. A plush blue tail is attached in the back. Boot covers are attached to the romper and secure over shoes with elastic and Velcro. The costume also includes a signature Smurf hat.
