The polyester dress is a piece with elastic on the neckline for a good fit, as well as scalloped maroon trim above the bust. The black cape has a a maroon interior and features a lovely metallic sheen. The cape attaches with hooks to the dress over the shoulders. The collar stands up one its own for a dramatic effect. The belt is made of a vinyl and felt like material and features silver stars, light chains that dangle over the waist, and a five-pointed star emblem with faux red gem in the center.
