Throw a tea party your friends won't forget in this teen tea time Hatter costume! The teenage Mad Hatter costume comes with a black dress that velcros in the back. The bodice has the appearance and feel of vinyl. The sleeves and top of the chest are made from pink mesh and trimmed in black ribbon. The sleeves are lined with elastic to give them a puffy appearance. A large green bow is sewn at the top and tea cups are screen printed on the skirt. The skirt also features an attached tulle petticoat that is trimmed in pink mesh that peeks out of the bottom. The dress ties at the back of the waist for a fitted look.
