The top of the dropped-waist dress is black polyester interlock knit with off-the-shoulder peasant-style cap sleeves and narrow shoulder straps. The front is spattered with blue, pink and yellow splotches. Just above the skirt is a band of hot pink zebra-patterned poly interlock; the slightly gathered skirt is pink poly interlock overlaid with pink tulle and black lace. The hair band is simply a strip of black lace which can be tied and worn however you wish. The gloves are fingerless and made of black fishnet.
