Inspired by the movie, this plus size Hellboy costume includes a tube of red face makeup is included to imitate Hellboy's famous red face. The long, light brown trench coat is designed to imitate the look of distressed leather, has an attached shoulder flap and a contrasting dark brown collar. On the long sleeve is a printed badge that reads, "Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense." The shorter sleeve has two dark brown matching straps and metal buckle accents. Underneath is an attached black shirt with a printed belt near the bottom. Both the jacket and the shirt are 100% polyester. The latex headpiece is red on top with two round knobs on the forehead.
