Get ready to gross out everyone in this child monster costume! You get a top and mask to wear with your own jeans or black pants. The long-sleeved 100% polyester top is mostly olive green brushed knit flannel, with a front inset of off-white interlock knit with red splotches that resemble blood stains. It fastens at center back with Velcro tabs. On the front inset there is a molded latex panel that looks like a hole in the chest wall which reveals the heart underneath. Inside the shirt there is rubber tubing that connects to a bulb that, when squeezed, makes the heart look like it is beating. The tubing and bulb can be passed through a sleeve to your hand when wearing the shirt. The molded latex mask covers the top half of the face, has large openings for the eyes and features scary details like stitches and bolts on the forehead; it's held in place by an elastic band.
