Put a funky twist on the classic Wicked Witch costume with this women's Emerald City witch costume! The unique witch costume consists of a black overdress that is made from polyester. It has a jagged bottom hemline and a diamond broach with green rhinestone pins the overdress for closure in the front. A green, polyester, bubble dress is worn under the overdress. The entire dress is covered in shimmering sequins. Elastic and black lace lines the off-the-shoulder sleeves. The bell sleeves feature a jagged hemline as well as green mesh that attaches the sleeves to the black lace. A pair of green and black striped tights and a black witch hat is also included.
